Terms of Service

Effective October 21, 2026 · Last updated October 21, 2026

1. Who we are

Docket Signal ("Docket Signal," "we," "us," or "our") is the trade name/DBA of Rolondo Thomas Enterprise, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Company"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of getdocketsignal.com, our client portal, reports, data files and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, requesting a sample, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent, and you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. The service

Docket Signal compiles public motor-carrier records, including FMCSA registration, authority, BOC-3 and insurance filings, and in select states public UCC records, and delivers carrier lists filtered to the events, timing and territory in your setup (your "master file"). Lists are delivered daily. Authority and BOC-3 information is checked daily; insurance and cancellation details are refreshed on a regular schedule and may lag the underlying filing.

The Service is for business use by insurance agencies, licensed insurance agents, factoring companies and similar businesses. It is not offered to consumers.

3. Accounts

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

5. How you may use the data

While your subscription is active, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the lists and reports we deliver for your own internal business purposes, such as prospecting and servicing motor carriers for insurance or financing.

6. Your outreach and compliance

You are solely responsible for every call, text, email, letter or other message you send. Docket Signal does not send messages on your behalf and does not operate email domains, phone numbers or CRM accounts in your name.

7. Campaign Kit content

Some plans include a Campaign Kit: suggested emails, call and voicemail scripts, social posts and targeting ideas. These are drafts for you to review, edit and send in your own words. You are responsible for checking that anything you send is accurate, complies with the law and your license, and reflects your own rates and terms. Campaign Kit content is not legal, insurance or financial advice.

8. Shared leads and exclusivity

Unless your order says otherwise, lists are shared: other subscribers, including your competitors, may receive the same carriers. Territory exclusivity is available only when it is written into your order, and applies only to the territory and events listed there.

9. Data accuracy

Our data comes from public government records and our own processing of them. Those records can be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and carrier contact details may be outdated. We work to keep the data current, but we do not guarantee that any record is accurate, complete or up to date, or that any carrier will buy from you.

10. Prohibited uses

11. Our property

The Service, our website, reports, scoring, Campaign Kit templates, software and brand belong to Docket Signal or its licensors. Public records remain public; our compilation, organization, scoring and presentation of them are ours. You get only the rights described in these Terms.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL DATA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE ANY RESULTS, SALES OR RETURN ON YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. Docket Signal is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration or any state agency.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, DOCKET SIGNAL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Docket Signal, Rolondo Thomas Enterprise, LLC and their owners, employees and contractors from any claims, fines, damages and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your outreach, your use of the data, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law, including the TCPA, Do Not Call and CAN-SPAM rules.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the data, fail to pay, or if we receive a credible complaint about your outreach. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 5 (last bullet), 6, 9 and 11 through 16 survive termination.

16. Governing law; dispute resolution; binding arbitration; class action waiver

Governing law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent federal law, including the Federal Arbitration Act ("FAA"), controls.

Agreement to arbitrate. Except for the exceptions stated below, any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, any subscription or order, or the parties’ relationship—including disputes concerning formation, interpretation, enforceability, performance, breach or termination—will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court.

Administrator and rules. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures in effect when the arbitration is filed, as modified by this section. The AAA rules and applicable fee schedules are available at www.adr.org. One neutral arbitrator will be selected under those rules. The arbitrator will apply applicable substantive law and may award individual relief available under that law.

Location and remote hearings. Unless the parties agree otherwise, hearings will be conducted remotely by video or telephone when reasonably practicable. If an in-person hearing is required, it will take place in Dallas County, Texas, unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires another location. A court proceeding permitted by this section may be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Dallas County, Texas, subject to applicable jurisdictional requirements.

Individual arbitration; class-action waiver. The parties may bring claims only in their own individual capacities and not as a plaintiff, class member or representative in any purported class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The arbitrator may not combine claims of multiple persons or preside over any class, collective or representative proceeding unless the parties expressly agree in writing or applicable law requires otherwise. This waiver is intended to be enforced under the FAA to the fullest extent permitted by law; however, no provision purports to waive a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

Costs and attorneys’ fees. Filing, administrative and arbitrator fees will be allocated under the applicable AAA rules and fee schedule, subject to any fee limits or allocation requirements imposed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms requires either party to pay a fee or cost that applicable law prohibits that party from paying. Each party will bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs unless applicable law, the AAA rules or a written agreement authorizes a different allocation.

Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in a small-claims court if the claim qualifies and remains within that court’s jurisdiction. Either party may also seek temporary or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction when reasonably necessary to preserve the status quo pending arbitration; doing so does not waive arbitration of the underlying dispute. Nothing in this section prevents a party from filing a complaint or charge with a government agency where applicable law permits it.

Severability and survival. If any part of this arbitration agreement or class-action waiver is found unenforceable, it will be severed or limited only to the extent necessary, and the remainder will remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. If a class or representative claim cannot lawfully be waived and cannot be severed from arbitration under applicable law, that claim will proceed only in the forum and manner required by law. This section survives termination of the Terms or the Service.

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that, to the extent a dispute is subject to arbitration, you and Docket Signal are giving up the right to have that dispute decided by a judge or jury in court, except for the exceptions stated above. The enforceability of arbitration terms and class-action waivers depends on applicable law and the circumstances; no guarantee of enforceability in every jurisdiction is made.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the client portal at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
